In the dynamic, fast-changing world of business, being successful takes a bit of work. We all know that creativity and innovation are the driving forces behind successful and thriving businesses. They keep you in business and ahead of the game.

We’ve all heard the famous story of how Steve Jobs revolutionized Apple with his innovative inventions. However, innovation doesn’t have to be as groundbreaking as creating the next iPhone. We’ve just lived through a pandemic and have witnessed first-hand how businesses that adapted creatively were the ones that remained successful and inspired others.

The pandemic was probably the biggest catalyst of creativity and innovation we have witnessed. This was an unprecedented global challenge and people were charmed and impressed by how businesses used creativity to stay in operation while working around restrictions and public health advice. Restaurants that enhanced their delivery and take-out services survived, as did businesses that began to use e-commerce platforms. Fitness trainers pivoted to online classes, and new products were developed in order to keep people healthy and stop the spread of the virus. The pandemic was a testament to how important creativity and innovation are in our world and in business.
