Glorie is an expert in building small business in the technology sector with career entrepreneurial experience launching and growing successful small businesses and highly collaborative and engaged teams.
An energetic people person with Emotional Intelligence, Glorie is an accomplished business strategist, leader, facilitator, coach and mentor. She has bought and sold multiple small companies giving her additional insight into the “business of business”.
Glorie’s unique skill set combines forward thinking, big picture strategy, with a well-developed attention to detail ensuring that business development, operations and customer service are aligned and working as one. She is passionate about inspiring others to take action!
Glorie believes strongly in giving back and supporting community. She mentors a number of young entrepreneurs in the start-up tech sector and is also a mentor/coach for The Forum, (Forum for Women Entrepreneurs) as well as Futurpreneur Canada.
Glorie is also a proud supporter of YELL – Youth Entrepreneur Leadership Launchpad – a registered Canadian charity equipping young leaders for an increasingly uncertain future using a network of educators, partners, and mentors.
Betty is an articulate communicator experienced in building highly motivated teams with a career-long track record of developing focused organizations, negotiating complex relationships and producing results.
As a career executive with core competencies in business development. sales process and operational strategy across a broad range of industries, Betty knows how to put plans into action. Creative and self-directed, she is skilled at analyzing opportunities and developing, implementing, and achieving short-term and long-term strategic business plans and goals.
In addition to strength in strategic development, Betty is technically savvy with the ability to drill down any project into the most minute detail, allowing others to execute and accomplish with ease. This ability to drill down also allows Betty to see both short and long term opportunities from a digital strategy perspective that others may miss.
Having deep experience and acumen in both the for profit and not-for-profit worlds, Betty has held Director and C-suite level positions in sales, operations and business development both in Canada and the United States.
Betty is a strong believer in giving back to community and donates her time and expertise to mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs and business owners.
